Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay
This 1600 acre residential comunity is currently being developed in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
Skywater amenities will include an 18-hold Nicklaus Signature Golf course and Clubhouse, access to the Horseshoe Bay Resort Airport and Jet Center, an extensive park and trail system and more. The community is committed to sustainability and has plans for many features that are energy & environmentally focused.
The community plans at least 1,000 homesites including custom homesites with golf course and hill country views, a residential fly-in community and pre-built homes for sale. Approximately 40% of the project is planned for golf and open space.
Lot prices are expected to range from $140,000-$500,000 for .33 to 1.33 acre lots. Approximately 94 lots have been sold so far (9/09) and there are 164 total lots in Phase I.
The course is expected to open in late 2010 or early 2011.
