Waterfront Park

Construction is continuing on the Waterfront Park.  The retaining walls, personal watercraft ramp, day docks, pavilion & restrooms are completed.  The pumps, irrigation lines and sod have been installed, as well as the water quality pond. The last phase will consist of construction of the entry gate and restrooms.  Park improvements are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church concluded Phase 1 of its construction.  The parking lot, prayer tower and pavilion have been finished. Rock walls around the trees and at the entry area have been completed.  A meandering sidewalk along La Ventana Drive provides church members and neighbors a great place to enjoy walks.  

New South Entrance

The south entrance and tower is complete.  A traffic light is planned at this intersection in the near future per TxDot.
