There are 10 golf courses in the Highland Lakes area. Three of the golf courses are in Horseshoe Bay, two are in Kingsland and a course is in each of the towns of Burnet, Marble Falls, Llano, Blue Lake Estate, and one on Inks Lake. In addition, Horseshoe Bay offers an 18 hole, par 72 Putting Course and a 4th Horseshoe Bay course is currently under construction.
Kingsland
The Legends on Lake LBJ is an 18 hole semi-private golf course built in 2003. The course is located off of Hwy 2342 on the southeast side of Lake LBJ. Call 325-388-8888 for more information.
The Packsaddle Golf Course in Kingsland is an 18 Hole semi-private golf course. It is served by the Packsaddle Country Club, located on River Oaks Drive in Kingsland, TX 78639

Marble Falls
The Hidden Falls Country Club (formerly Meadowlakes Country Club) is located in the gated golf community of Meadowlakes adjacent to Marble Falls. The golf course is open to the public.

Horseshoe Bay
Three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf courses are in Horseshoe Bay: Slickrock, Ramrock, and Applerock. The courses are challenging, and the landscaping and scenery are beautiful.
Applerock was selected by Golf Digest Magazine as America's Best New Resort Golf Course for 1986.
Two Clubhouses serve the complex, each complete with restaurant, lounge, locker room facilities and fully stocked pro shops.
A 4th course is currently under construction, called Summit Rock Golf Club a Nicklaus Signature Course at Skywater over Horseshoe Bay subdivision. It is scheduled to open Summer 2008. The Clubhouse will feature a pro shop, men's & women's luxury locker rooms & dining, all located overlooking the 18th Green.
Whitewater Putting Course - this 18 hole, par 72 putting course features dwarf Bermuda grass, waterfalls, fountains & is lighted for night golf.

Burnet
The Delaware Springs Municipal Golf Course in the city of Burnet is open to the general public.

Blue Lake Estate The Blue Lake Golf Course is a semi-private golf course open to the public. The Blue Lake Golf Club is open from 8am to 5pm 7 days a week. It is on the south side of Lake LBJ.

Inks Lake
Highland Lakes Public Golf Club is a 9 Hole, Public Course, located on Inks Lake on Park Road 4 a few minutes south of Hwy 29. Llano
The Llano River Golf Course is located in the City Park in the city of Llano and is open to the public. It is an 18 hole, Par 71 course.
